Why, lately, do my bonus points go into the negative and my bonus points earned by watching a video for a certain number of points are deducted by the negative bonus points that suddenly appear? Why are the points going into the negative? Nuts.

I have had this game for several years. The only reason it is still on my phone and I play it rarely is because I have spent money on it. Now when I open the game there is about 20 pop ups (I have counted them) I have to click through just to get to the actual game. What the heck! I play other games now that I can get to quickly.

This game is a rip off. It will wipe out your icons before the time allotted and reset you to zero. Attempting to have you spend money to buy more gold to earn more icons

I was on level 4106 of the main campaign, but now it’s inaccessible. I can only play whatever campaign Zynga wants me to be able to play. I’ve been playing this game for a number of years, but I’m considering deleting my account and the app from my phone. I’m not interested in being forced to choose between playing a campaign I’m not interested in or not playing at all. The option SHOULD be available for the player to decide. If I’m forced to choose between the aforementioned two options, I’ll choose not to play at all.

I do not like playing the other built in level. It is great for people that have completed all the normal levels…but as for me…I am not interested.

I've been skirting the end of the map, occasionally finishing the map and being placed in Legends until a new update. I went to play two days ago and I've been bumped down to the 700 levels. I've contacted support several times and they just thank me for my feedback. I will have to delete. I'm not starting over that far which is a disappointment after many years of play.

Most of your levels are to difficult to enjoy. I refuse to spend money of every third level.

I’ve been playing this game for years. Board #2100 something I rarely play now because of all the ads. It’s annoying when I have to x out of some many things before I can play I don’t. Ain’t no body got time for that. Used to be great…not so much now, it’s like one of those annoying casino games 👎🏻👎🏻

This is a fun game but if you done play for a little while it will keep popping up different parts of the game they want you to play. Sometimes 15 of these popups come up. Very annoying. Sometimes I just get out and don’t play

Have 3 moves left with a butterfly and 1 ice to break and still lose! Rigged to make a purchase. No more!!

I’m not sure what happened but today alone I lost four lives when a twister comes up and then it resets back to play. However, I can’t play because now I’m out of lives. Then today, Credit Karma is freezing and doesn’t even give you an option to be done or exit or anything and then you don’t get reward. Now I’m stuck on another one and I just lost a live a life. Can you please fix these issues. Thank you.

Not happy with this game. Lose all my gold and points and their clock does not keep real time. The hint doesn’t work at all. Spent four i am so tired of getting locked and losing my coins. Bad ads. To see v I get days on one game and can’t win. Trying to keep you in so you will buy options. Going back to Candy crush. Rip off game

Don’t like scrolling thru so many messages and offers. Just love playing the game. Don’t need competition or special offers.

Since the most recent update, the game is extremely slow and unresponsive. I lost out on my free weekly time and many prizes because of the frustrating slowness. This is my favorite game on my phone and I don't want to play it like this.

Why is it every time I earn free coins or points do they disappear for? Since I just had to update I am having to wait until every ad wanting me to buy coins and the extras before I can get to the game, sometimes they come show 4 times each repeatedly. It is also slower than molasses on a frozen morning in Antaricia . I have played this games for years but I am about ready to delete it

Once again I am writing because the game double deducts coins for extra moves. Select for 9 coins 18 are deducted. Almost every time. This is ridiculous.

Once one of my favorite games. Now it’s just frustrating. What is the bonus of VIP if you can’t even play. Spent too much money to play the game and now my screen freezes. I’ve turned my tablet off and on and every other tip. Still frozen.

They are getting out of hand takes two minutes to clear all the new things before I can even play a game.

Way too many ads you’re out of control. Lots of games with out ads out there. My friends stopped playing this game because of it.

I absolutely love this game. I quit candy crush at 3172 bc there’s nothing relaxing about playing a level for 2 weeks unless you pay money. I’ve tried lots of other match games. This one is amazing! I’m in the 4000s and there’s some challenging levels but nothing frustrating. The graphics are cute too.

Your adds are toooo long an can’t get rid of them. Watching the adds over and over an over. Trying to get my points takes alday. Please get rid of the adds so I can play the game. I’ve been playing for 10 years an have had to start over 4 times from new phones.

There are so many ads in this game that after 2 or 3 rounds the sound gets muted. So greedy

There are entirely too many ads and trying to force you to buy premium pass. The ads get into a loop and you cannot get out unless you close the app or buy premium. Such a shame. This WAS my favorite game to play.

After the latest update I deleted this game. Way too much nonsense. Takes forever to even get to the actual game. I’m done.

Why can I not just play the game? Why am I forced to play the legend games? Sailboat Races? Waking Dorothy? Munchkin party? Etc…? I just want to play the regular levels. I have been playing for a long time. I’m at level 5910 and have been stuck on “Legends” for several days now. I feel in order to move on I have to spend more actual money. I shouldn’t have to. Have y’all seen the economy lately? Come on back to the old game I first loved and enjoyed. More and more each day I’m leaning towards fully deleting the years of enjoyment I have derived from this game. For now I’ll keep playing, but the clock is ticking.

I’ve played this game for years & paid for it to be ad free. Now there are so many in-game, game related pop ups (I’ve counted as many as 8 or 9), it takes forever to get to the actual game play and essentially defeats the purpose of having paid for ad-free. And there are little side games now that are not optional that I also have to click through. I’m at level 6623 but I’m just about ready to throw in the towel and delete this game. It’s gotten to be that annoying. Devs, please please streamline the game so it plays as smoothly as it used to.

Why is it that the Glindas Magic wheel ALWAYS stops on the four bubbles, and then they are scattered “randomly” everywhere but where it will help! 🙄 very weird I am really tired of it taking 10 minutes to even start playing because you have to go thru all the special events and things that cost money…. It took 27 clicks to close everything to FINALLY get to the game itself. Been playing since the original. I really hate sifting through all the extras: clans, mini games, other things just to play.

I have played this game for about 2 years. I started it because I loved the graphics and the trivia. Not as happy as I once was. Pros 1. Graphics are great 2. It becomes more challenging as you progress 3 they try to keep it interesting 4. The new challenges are fun. I like the blocks and the monkeys. Not a fan of the soldiers, the witches ashes or lighting lamps to get the wizard. 5. I like the daily bonus Cons 1. The Storybook remains locked and I cannot progress 2. I have earned tickets for over a year with nowhere to spend them now that I have collected all the Oz moments 3. I continue to earn gold bars with no idea what they are for or how to spend them 4. I no longer encounter boards where I play against the witch. 5. Glinda’s Wheel does not offer the variety of power ups it used to 6. The butterflies are not helpful at all. All this being said, I would still recommend the game but find myself playing it less than I used too. I started playing again but will be stopping. I do not like the munchkins hatching from eggs. I find it creepy. I will be taking a long break

Had to get new IPAD and now cant fnd the games. 2025 is NOT the same game. Very disappointed.

This game glitches way too much. I had a 75 game win streak going during special play to earn special rewards for win streak. The last game I played it said I needed one more block to finish the level BUT THERE WAS NOT ANOTHER BLOCK ON THE SCREEN. I kept paying to extend gameplay thinking it would drop but it never did after spending an embarrassing amount of coins. I want a refund. I’ve been playing this game as long as it’s been around, over 10 years at least. It’s always had little glitches but never has it cost me so much because I didn’t want to end my win streak. I’m done. I want a refund!!!! Goodbye Wizard of Oz.

I do not understand why I am constantly having to battle to receive my purchases? And btw …It is not only with this game from Zynga..on issues with apps other than Zynga. It is so disappointing and infuriating!

Great match game!

Used to love playing this game and still do if I have the patience to wait through all the pop ups to join a clan, race a boat, buy this or that. I literally just swipe the game closed now and don’t even play. Sad, cool game at one time.
